Skygrid System FZCO provides wholesale VoIP termination, bulk SMS & A2P messaging, WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging, omnichannel communication platforms, and related services (“Services”).

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or harassment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our Services are owned by Skygrid System FZCO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.

Skygrid System FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
